Your Account

You are permitted one account only. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, email, or device are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds. Minimum withdrawal via wire transfer is 30 EUR within the EU and 100 EUR outside the EU, or the equivalent amount, with lower thresholds available to higher VIP tiers. We apply withdrawal limits of 5,000 EUR per week and 10,000 EUR per month, subject to increase at our discretion for qualifying VIP members. Withdrawals of 10,000 EUR or more may be paid in instalments. We reserve the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above 2,000 EUR or where funds have been wagered fewer than three times, and a 10% processing fee may apply to un-wagered deposits or where more than three withdrawal requests totalling under 1,000 EUR are submitted before processing.

We aim to approve or decline withdrawal requests within two working days, and we review verification documents within 72 hours of submission. Once approved, payments are processed within two working days, with arrival times depending on the method used; cryptocurrency payments are typically near-instant. If a payment takes longer than 10 days, we will inform you of the reason.

We offer a variety of promotions, and every Scatters bonus is subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer. Our welcome package includes a $40.25 Risk Free First Deposit: if your first deposit is not doubled within 24 hours, we refund losses up to $40.25 within 48 hours, subject to 1x wagering. We reserve the right to void winnings and confiscate bonus funds where these general rules or the specific terms of an individual Scatters casino bonus are breached.
